Service Nature
Eagle Prime provides digital services, including WhatsApp API setup, automation systems, communication tools, integrations, onboarding support, and subscription-based access. These services are non-tangible and delivered electronically.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
Some parts of our services depend on third-party platforms and providers, including but not limited to Meta, WhatsApp, payment gateways, hosting services, and integrations. Eagle Prime is not responsible for any platform restrictions, rejections, suspensions, policy changes, bans, interruptions, downtime, or other actions imposed by those third parties.
Meta & WhatsApp Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for complying with Meta and WhatsApp policies, including messaging, approval, template, opt-in, and account usage requirements. Any misuse, spam, policy violation, or prohibited content may result in rejection, limitation, suspension, or termination by Meta or WhatsApp without liability on Eagle Prime. Payments
All payments must be completed according to the selected plan or service before activation unless otherwise stated. Subscription services may be limited, paused, suspended, or terminated if payment is not completed, fails, is disputed, or is not renewed on time.
Service Access
Eagle Prime reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate services in cases of non-payment, abuse, misuse, fraud, policy violations, or actions that may harm our systems, operations, reputation, or other users.
No Guarantee of Third-Party Approval
While Eagle Prime may assist with setup, onboarding, or technical preparation, we do not guarantee approval, verification, account quality status, messaging limits, or continued availability on Meta, WhatsApp, or any external provider.
Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time when necessary. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised version.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once the service is activated, provisioned, delivered, or access is granted.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for eligible users. By purchasing a paid plan after the trial, you confirm that you had the opportunity to evaluate the service and agree to proceed without refund.
No Refund After Activation
- No refunds will be issued after activation, onboarding, account setup, or use of the service.
- No refunds will be issued for active subscription periods that have already started.
- No refunds will be issued if the customer decides not to continue after activation or setup.
Third-Party Limitation
No refunds will be issued for issues related to third-party platforms or providers, including but not limited to Meta or WhatsApp restrictions, bans, policy enforcement, approval delays, verification failure, outages, or account limitations.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not create eligibility for a refund for the current billing period, already activated services, or time already used.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after service activation or delivery, Eagle Prime reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the related services until the matter is resolved.

By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
